By accessing and using TLDR Fantasy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the website.

2. Use License

Subject to these Terms, TLDR Fantasy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify TLDR Fantasy immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are liable for all activity under your account, whether authorized or not.

4. Payment Terms

When you purchase premium access, you are entering into a one-time purchase agreement. By clicking "Purchase," you authorize us to charge the amount specified to your payment method via Stripe. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where explicitly stated otherwise or as required by law. If your payment fails, your access to premium content will be suspended until payment is successfully processed.

5. Refund Policy

We stand behind our service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 24 hours, you may request a refund by emailing support@tldrfantasy.com with your order details. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Requests made after 24 hours may be denied at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on TLDR Fantasy—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, algorithms, and software—is the exclusive property of TLDR Fantasy and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written consent.

DISCLAIMER: TLDR Fantasy provides financial and gaming research for informational purposes only. We are NOT a financial advisor, and our projections are not guarantees of future performance. Daily fantasy sports carry financial risk. Do not invest money you cannot afford to lose.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TLDR FANTASY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Responsible Gambling

Daily fantasy sports and gambling should be approached responsibly. If you experience issues with gambling, seek help through resources like the National Council on Problem Gambling (1-800-GAMBLER) or Gamblers Anonymous (www.gamblersanonymous.org).

9. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use TLDR Fantasy. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

10. Third-Party Links

TLDR Fantasy may contain links to third-party websites, including FanDuel, DraftKings, and sports news sites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of these external sites. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TLDR Fantasy, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or abuse of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TLDR Fantasy regarding the Service. This agreement supersedes all prior understandings and agreements.
